Inspiring Sports Charity Golf Tournament Monday, June 25 The Sagamore Club 10900 Golden Bear Way Noblesville, IN 46060

Arrival

Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to scheduled start time and report to the volunteer tent located in The Sagamore Club parking lot

Parking

Please park in the overflow grass parking lot (signs will direct you)
There will be a shuttle service running from the parking lot to the clubhouse

Uniform

Upon check-in, you will receive a navy volunteer t-shirt and an Indiana Sports Corp drawstring bag
Please wear clean and well-maintained golf skirts, khaki shorts or khaki pants (no jeans) with comfortable shoes
Hats are allowed

Meals

Snacks and drinks will be available throughout your shift on the course and at the volunteer tent. Your drawstring bag provided at check-in will also include snacks provided upon check-in.
Volunteers should eat meals in the clubhouse or on the terrace. The tent is reserved for golfers.
- For Morning Volunteers:
  - Registration Assistants will eat breakfast at 9:00am following your shift.
  - Course Activation Assistants will eat lunch at 12:30pm. following your shift.
- For Afternoon Volunteers:
  - Registration Assistants will be able to eat lunch at 2pm following your shift.
  - Course Activation assistants will eat lunch at 12pm prior to your shift.

Personal Items

Please do not bring any items unless they can be kept on your person
Indiana Sports Corp is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items
