USA Swimming LIVE presented by Purdue University

USA Swimming LIVE presented by Purdue University will take place on Georgia Street starting on June 14 for the Starting Block Party and continue in conjunction with the 2024 U.S. Olympic Team Trials - Swimming June 15-23. This free event will include live musical performances, food, drinks, and more every single day of the trials from 1-8 PM. Find your way over to the Swim Up Bar that will be providing refreshments and creating a poolside vibe (without the water) and check out the incredible All Lanes Lead to Indy Artwork displayed throughout Georgia Street.

    Join us for the opening ceremonies of the 2024 U.S. Olympic Team Trials - Swimming at The Starting Block Party on June 14 from 5-9:30 PM on Georgia Street. We will host a ribbon cutting for the opening of USA Swimming LIVE presented by Purdue University, recognize our All Lanes Lead to Indy featured artists, kickoff the OneAmerica Financial Concert Series, and light our 66-foot replica Eiffel Tower presented by AES Indiana that is being designed and constructed by the Latinas Welding Guild. The event will celebrate Indy’s community through featuring local food, beverage, art, music, and culture.

    Eiffel Tower presented by AES Indiana

    Indy's own Eiffel Tower presented by AES Indiana will sit on the corner of Georgia Street and Capitol Avenue overlooking Lucas Oil Stadium and will be a can't-miss photo opportunity that will connect the U.S. Swimming Trials in Indy to the Olympic Games in Paris. 

    • The Eiffel Tower will be designed and constructed by The Latinas Welding Guild, a non-profit organization focusing on breaking boundaries, transcending barriers, and creating lasting change within the community.
    • The Eiffel Tower will stand 66-feet tall and weigh nearly 20,000 pounds made exclusively from Indiana steel.
