Indiana Sports Corp Announces Staff Hires

INDIANAPOLIS - Indiana Sports Corp is proud to announce and welcome Sandy Bryant-Willis as Chief Talent Officer and Sam Elmore as Business Development Manager. Bryant-Willis comes to Indiana Sports Corp having spent the last 15 years at Eli Lilly and Company. Elmore was formerly with Pacers Sports and Entertainment in several sales roles since 2008.

Bryant-Willis is responsible for developing and implementing programs designed to attract and develop the highest caliber of talent to meet the needs of the organization and that of our partners. In addition, she will be tasked with extending Indiana Sports Corp’s company culture and provide organizational assistance to our local organizing committees and volunteer efforts.

“Sandy comes to Indiana Sports Corp with a wealth of knowledge and experience that is vital to strengthening our organization for our current and future event schedule,” said Ryan Vaughn, president of Indiana Sports Corp. “We are thrilled to have her as part of our team and excited about the expertise in human resources that she provides.”

Elmore is accountable for generating revenue and sales while participating and leading sales activity in support of the Indiana Sports Corp mission.  His primary focus is on patron revenue, membership revenue, event sponsorships and ticket-package selling. In addition, Elmore will also assist in sponsorship fulfillment and engagement.

“As a non-profit organization, Indiana Sports Corp relies heavily on the critical fundraising and relationship building of our business development team,” said Vaughn. “Sam is a seasoned sales professional in the sports industry and is a fantastic addition to the staff and business development department.”
