INDIANAPOLIS – Indiana Sports Corp is proud to partner with Hoopbus, Indy Parks, and Gatorade on the upcoming refurbishment of the basketball court at Willard Park in Indianapolis as part of the Show Love Series taking place in conjunction with AT&T WNBA All-Star 2025. This initiative, led by Hoopbus, brings together athletes, artists, and community members to celebrate and uplift neighborhoods through basketball, public art, and youth engagement.
The court renovation, set to be unveiled on Saturday, July 19 at 11:30 AM, will feature a vibrant new mural and upgraded equipment, alongside community-focused events including youth clinics, local food vendors, live music, art activities, and a special appearance from Indiana Fever star Sophie Cunnigham from 11 to Noon. The event is the cap of a week full of Hoopbus’ empowerment programming that impacted more than 2,000 local youth girls.
As a long-standing supporter of community-enhancing initiatives, Indiana Sports Corp is honored to contribute to this project, which aligns with its mission of creating positive, sports-related opportunities for youth and communities throughout Indiana.
“We’re thrilled to support Hoopbus in its inspiring work to empower local youth and strengthen communities through sport,” said Indiana Sports Corp President Patrick Talty. “The transformation of Willard Park reflects the kind of lasting impact we aim to foster across the city.”
