Building a Sports Community

For more than 39 years Indiana Sports Corp has been a leading civic organization advancing our community through sports. Indiana Sports Corp has played host to more than 450 national and international sporting events. These sporting events have led to over $4 billion in direct spending in our community over that time period. Indiana Sports Corp helped elevate the city of Indianapolis from India-a-no-place to the “City Where Champions are Crowned.” Indiana Sports Corp has positively impacted the lives of hundreds of thousands of our citizens, especially our most precious citizens, our children. The Indiana Sports Corp has been and will continue to be a bedrock civic organization upon which the city of Indianapolis and the state of Indiana can continue to grow and flourish.

Inspiring Sports

Indiana Sports Corp impacted 126,244 Indiana youth through a number of programs and initiatives, including the Indiana Sports Corp Inspiring Sports Grant Program, Inspiring Sports Grant Program, Inspiring Sports Ticket Program, Big Ten Basketball Middle School Curriculum, Lifeguard Certification, and others. Indiana Sports Corp events often include youth clinics and opportunities in fitness and education.

Membership

The very reason Indiana Sports Corp was created in 1979 as the nation's first sports commission was to make our community a better place to live, work, visit, and play. But, we can't do it alone. As a not-for-profit organization, Indiana Sports Corp relies heavily on a legion of supporters. Our patron partners and members who financially support our mission. And no matter how great or small, your contribution will always lead to an Indianapolis win.

Volunteers

Indiana Sports Corp’s volunteers are our most valuable resource. The participation and hard work of Indiana residents are a large part of what attracts major events to our state. In the Indiana Sports Corp Volunteer Program, you get a behind-the-scenes view of world-class sporting events that you help bring to Indiana.

We have roles for just about anyone on our team. You’ll have new experiences and stories to share with families and friends. Experiences that happen once-in-a-lifetime. Whether you’re volunteering on the sideline to witness a world record or buzzer-beater or on the front lines representing our city, no one gets you behind the scenes like Indiana Sports Corp.
